"To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings" (Science and Health). I have leaned heavily on God, mindful of these words, for more than fifty years and could not count the blessings that this has brought into my life.

I often wonder why those of us who have so much gratitude to share are so reluctant to write testimonies for the Christian Science magazines, in order that others may benefit from the healings. Many express that gratitude verbally in church meetings, which is very necessary, but written experiences are also needed and helpful.

In April of 1990 I was involved in a car accident. I saw a car coming toward me and had time to declare only the words "no accidents," based on my understanding that God is the only power and does not ordain accidents for His creation. My niece was in the car, and neither one of us appeared to suffer any injuries on impact with the oncoming vehicle. I drove my car home, and the insurance company took care of repairs in a short time.
