Correcting injustices
It's in the nature of most people to want to be fair. When an injustice becomes apparent, it isn't unusual for the average individual to speak up—or even do something to right a wrong.
This natural tendency toward fairness in society actually has spiritual roots. Justice is a divine attribute. It flows from the nature of God, divine Principle. The impulse to correct an injustice may be expressed in as simple an act as a child's sheltering a kitten from the too rough play of a family dog. Or it may be expressed in a major way by national organizations attempting to shelter children from violent treatment by adults.
A close look at society shows that there are really endless ways people are attempting to correct injustices done to those who seem less able to fend for themselves.
