Table in the wilderness
You had set the table, Lord,
preparing a feast
for all Your children.
You invited me,
a wanderer, to stop by.
You served me
with the wine of Love,
the bread of Truth,
the fruit of the Spirit.
I left the wilderness
refreshed and nourished,
filled with praise
for Your glorious gift.
Sarah M. Gibson
