One day I showed my mother what I thought was a splinter in my foot. That day the place on my foot was bothering me. My grandmother, who is a chiropodist, was with us. She looked at the foot and said that there was a growth on it.
Later that day my mother and I rang a Christian Science practitioner to ask for prayerful help. The practitioner told me a story. He said that one night he woke and was frightened by a great looming shape in his bedroom. Then he saw that the shape was his own shadow cast from the light of a digital clock. He told me to challenge and reverse error through Truth. He said that the very action of Truth reverses and destroys error.
We worked together on this, knowing all along that the power of divine Love heals. After a time, the growth disappeared and new skin grew in its place. I was filled with joyous thoughts and so grateful for this healing.
