Accelerating overseas delivery of the Sentinel and Journal

For many years The Christian Science Journal and the Sentinel have been delivered overseas primarily by surface mail. As a result, delivery in some countries is often late by several months. Since the Sentinel and Journal are important means of communicating with church members, these periodicals need to arrive in a timely manner.

Beginning with the August issues of the Sentinel and the September issue of the Journal (or sooner, if possible), delivery will be by air in bulk from Boston to London, where copies will be sorted and distributed through an accelerated postal system. This new program will provide essentially on-time delivery throughout the world for both the Sentinel and Journal—and at no additional cost to the subscriber.
