Holding God's hand
One afternoon Brendan was supposed to take a nap, but when he put his head down on the pillow, his ear hurt and he started to cry. Mommy came in and picked him up.
They went to her room and sat up on the big bed. One thing Brendan likes, and will sit still for, is for Mommy to play her guitar and sing hymns from the Christian Science Hymnal. So that's what she did.
First Mommy sang Mrs. Eddy's hymns, and then she sang some other favorites. Brendan likes to hear this one every night at bedtime:
