I remember feeling a little puzzled about the woman in the Bible who was cured when she reached for the hem of Christ Jesus' robe.
However alone you are,alone in a room with a telly,alone as you walk in the park,taking yourself to the movies,cooking yourself an egg,feeling the chill of not being needed,with loved ones goneor not yet found.
What would happen if we always had that declaration of the Apostle Paul uppermost in our thoughts: "God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work"?
Do you see yourself as a typical product of your particular environment and times or as an individual making your own special contribution to them?
There was that question again! Every Sunday I heard it from the platform of the local branch Church of Christ, Scientist, I attended: "Would you like to join our church?
