My family and I have been blessed and continue to be blessed...
My family and I have been blessed and continue to be blessed by Christian Science in many ways. I want to tell of just a few of the problems that have been solved by living to the best of my ability what Christian Science teaches.
At a time when I was in need of a car, I prayed for guidance and direction. "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths" (Prov. 3:5, 6) was a constant companion and very comforting. I soon purchased a car that met my needs.
Shortly I noticed a leak around the drain plug of the fuel tank. Upon examining it closely I realized that I could make the repair in less time than it probably would take the dealer. However, this demanded that the tank be drained. So, I drove the car until the fuel gauge showed empty. Early the next morning I went to the garage to repair the leak, but the car was gone! To say that I was shocked is an understatement. Now I really had to "trust in the Lord with all [my] heart"!
