IN YOUR HANDS

Helen G. Hasler

Father, help me to hold them
not cupped in my hands,
grasped between fingers
pulling throttles, holding reins.

Hands can hold, but not clutch;
love can lead, but not smother;
true guidance comes from You,
our loving Father-Mother.
