The Way "which leadeth unto life"

Is there a sure and certain way to an invincible sense of health, happiness, abundance, and fulfillment? Indeed there is! It is the spiritually mental way that Christian Science unfolds. But like anything worthwhile, this way is no sinecure. It demands much of the seeker and rewards his sincere efforts with rich dividends of joy and satisfaction.

Of course, there is nothing new or startling about this. There never has been an easy route to any right goal. In every period genuine progress and accomplishment has had to be earned. Mrs. Eddy writes in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures: "Christian Science is not an exception to the general rule, that there is no excellence without labor in a direct line. One cannot scatter his fire, and at the same time hit the mark." ^{Science and Health, p. 457;} And Christ Jesus said, "Strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." ^{Matt. 7:14;}

Today, through the enlightened teachings of Christian Science, more people than ever before are finding the path that leads to the spiritual understanding of Life and are demonstrating the practicality of this understanding in every department of their lives. Christian Science is teaching them the meaning of existence and is pointing the way to the goal of spiritual perfection.
