Gratitude for God's healing power and love for Christian Science are abounding more and more in my heart with each passing year. My family and I have had many proofs of God's omnipotent healing power.

Thirty years ago our youngest daughter developed a strange malady which necessitated constant care. Her condition grew alarmingly worse, and after we had consulted a number of physicians, a name was given to the condition. They explained to us that the disease was such a newly differentiated one that the medical profession had not yet come up with a cure for it. They also told us that time was an important factor and that we should take immediate action to accept all that they could offer, which was thoroughness in the examinations and experimentations, with a faint hope for a cure.
