God's Law Governs Wholly

David had a beautiful blue bicycle with shining accessories and white sidewall tires. He enjoyed riding his bike; and when he was through riding it, he usually stored it safely in the garage. But one night he was careless and neglected to put it away, and the next morning it was gone.

Now David attended a Christian Science Sunday School, where he studied the Bible and also Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy and learned that not only does God love, guide, and protect His children but He also protects the good He gives to them. So it was only natural that David should turn to Christian Science for help when he lost his bicycle.

Since the bicycle was registered at the police station, David's mother reported the loss to the police. But she assured David that the loving law of God was operating in his behalf and that this was just another opportunity to prove it.
