Nowhere
in the recorded sayings of the Master, Christ Jesus, is there a more important or significant statement than one that is given in the fourteenth chapter of John's Gospel.
How
often it has been said with longing: "Oh, if we could but start all over again! If only the world could be made anew so that everything would function properly!" Humanity's ardent wish for a fresh start, though it appears altogether vain to mortal sense, is nevertheless capable of realization.
As
Spirit's witnesses we keepThe Lord's command to feed his sheep,Distributing God's boundless wealthThrough our reflection of true health,Expressing Love and Truth each dayTo weary ones who pass our way,Imparting hope and joy and peace,Which bring to heavy hearts release;In selfless living we fulfillThe doing of our Father's will.

her book "Miscellaneous Writings" Mary Baker Eddy has included a brief article entitled "Taking Offense," which could well be considered a very important study for all mankind.
As
one awakens, through an understanding of Christian Science, to the reality of man's true and forever being as the reflection of his Father-Mother God, he also sees why it is imperative to deny the belief that he was ever born in matter or as the child of mortal parentage.
