"Who am I?"

Would doubt, dismay, and darkness make you falter,
Till through the gloom you question, "Who am I?"
Then, troubled heart, rejoice; your prayer is answered.
Cleaving the shrouding mists rings Truth's reply.

God is your Father-Mother, all-embracing.
In Spirit, Mind, you as His likeness dwell.
And in this heaven of Love's supreme dominion
Stands Truth's inviolate mandate, "All is well!"

Your mission is to bear your witness,
To image forth His being in its might;
Nought can assail this grandeur or reflection,
Nor dim the radiance of its borrowed light.

No task so great but Mind can span its compass,
No wrong so sore but Soul dispels as nought,
No bonds can hold or limitations check you
Whose being is omnipotently wrought.

Your heritage is Life's enduring substance,
Untouched by tinge of discord or decay.
Omniscience holds the door so none may shut it,
And Principle, unchanging, marks your way.

In shifting of matter's dreams and phantoms,
No answer can be found to "Who am I?"
You are of royal descent and spiritual lineage,
Image and likeness of the One most high.
