For more than ten years I have had Christian Science help, and never in that time have I felt impelled to resort to material remedies for healings. Because I had a very unhappy outlook on life and a continual sense of worry, a woman presented me with the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

Since that time, and because of the changed mental outlook which Christian Science gives, I have had many physical healings. Chronic headache and constipation were healed without medical aid. Acute indigestion, an infected toe, and a sprained wrist were instantaneously healed; also a badly infected hand was healed by divine Love through the help of a practitioner. The most outstanding healing was one of influenza. I was seemingly passing on when I asked for the aid of the practitioner, and the next morning I was entirely free and able to do my housework. Above all, I am most grateful for the spiritual support which has been given me, and for the patience of the practitioner who helped me.

Intolerance, depression, worry, and self-pity in all its subtlety have been largely overcome. With the humble desire for continued growth in grace, I thank God for all that Christian Science has done for me and is doing for the world.—(Mrs.) Grace J. Coffeen, Los Angeles, California.
