Eternal Day

Eternal day! Eternal day!
One prayer the multitude shall pray.
Gone is the need of sect or creed
Where "Israel's God is God indeed."
With one accord all hearts will say,
"Lord, this is thine Eternal day."

Eternal day! Eternal day!
Earth's gloomy shadows flee away;
Past is the night; the Lamb, the Light,
Our robes are glistering and white,
And in Love's pure effulgent ray
The world has found Eternal day.
