Wonderful Healing
THE First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Topeka is at 210 West Sixth Street. Willis D. Mckinstry is First Reader, and Mrs. C. S. Whittaker is Second Reader. The membership of the local church is one hundred. The average attendance is one hundred and fifty. Services are held at II A.M. Sunday, and 8 P.M. Wednesday.
The meeting last night was one of unusual interest. A reporter for the Capital was present, and gives the following account of the services.
The strong harmony of a hundred voices singing the tune of Arlington and the words of John Greenleaf Whittier opened the evening meeting.
