witnesses
sentinels
seekers
teachers
testifiers
prophets
pioneers
listeners
readers

thank you
for every
prayer
and
inkling
every
hard-won
or sweetly found
offering of light

company of angels
watchers in dark night
ready hands
to rescue
to raise up
to bind the broken
stoke the embers
point out promises
already in the midst

friends,
infinite family,
thanks be to God
for your
hope-instilling
joy-fulfilling
indelibly giving
immeasurably healing
fruit of faithfulness
flowing forth from
the great heart of Christ
