Because God loves me
Because God loves me,
He conceived me as His precious, loved idea
To reflect and express His own glorious divine nature
—totally Godlike, blessed, joyous, whole, complete.
Knowing how much God loves me,
I listen joyfully to hear the good thoughts He is sending me.
I’m in awe at how often they meet my need, even before I ask about it.
Feeling God’s loving presence with me,
I affirm deeply that I’m inseparable from the allness of ever-present Love.
As the sun expresses light through its rays, so God expresses His goodness through me.
Acknowledging that God loves me,
I declare sincerely that all people everywhere are loved equally by God.
Divine Love is impartial and universal, so all are encircled in Love’s sweet embrace.
I am therefore rejoicing in what it means to me, to be the loved of Love.
