What we all can do

More than taste-testing the book

What do you think would happen if a large proportion of Sentinel readers bought a new Science and Health and read it through, chapter by chapter?
We don't have to wait for a special season to thank God for the abundant good He gives to His children. We can express gratitude and praise Him every day.
Human expectations can be crushed by repression. But the spiritual light of God's love can't be; it's of a different order of reality.
It's not about perfect words, or about special techniques. Getting our hearts right with God is what makes prayer real— and transforming.

The only way a Church can go—or grow

We talk about the need to pray for our Church. But are we assuming someone else must be doing it? Are we getting down to it ourselves?

God's unchanging love

Christ Jesus' life proved that change, upheaval, and trouble can all be overcome as we learn to trust in God's unfailing love for His creation.
Some experiences can seem very dark. Yet things can change in amazing ways when we discover spiritual light, the light of Christ.

What is our model of life?

There's a definite way out of trouble, no matter what form it takes. We're not helpless in the "game of life." In fact, the real nature of our being is far greater than that game.
Does major change inevitably have to be painful, slow, and difficult? No. Scientific Christian prayer can provide a healing impetus, forwarding progress significantly.
Freedom is often like a small seed that germinates slowly. But as it grows and becomes firmly established in us, no form of slavery can uproot it.
