Having always greatly enjoyed the reports of progress in different localities sent in by the churches, we have long felt that this church should contribute its share in return, realizing that with giving goes a double blessing, blessing both those who give and those who receive, and that our own measure of good is doubled thereby.
A custom of our church, First Church of Christ, Scientist, since 1897, has been to send a yearly offering to the Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Mass.
