In a recent issue a correspondent has written in regard to "Christian Science and the Gospel," making certain statements concerning this religion which are incorrect.
We
may assume that every alert and thoughtful Christian desires to avert war, and is praying each day that justice shall prevail and hostilities cease—praying that all may say, as did the angel and the heavenly host, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
Christian Science
teaches us that we can and must overcome mortality by spiritualization of thought, replacing material beliefs, notions, and opinions with the truth about God and His creation.
