In the Christian Science Bible Lesson

Many times as we go about our daily activity we may wonder just how important we are in the unfoldment of the divine plan and purpose.

Signs of the Times

Rev.
Samuel Clemens, "the Lincoln of our literature," was southern by descent and midwestern by birth and upbringing.
For several years after World War II The Mother Church did not maintain Christian Science Ministers for the Armed Services in Great Britain because there seemed to be no need for them at that time.
In their daily activities young people are constantly being challenged to do their best: to do a job well, maintain a high scholastic record, to become accomplished in sports, or to learn how to get along with others.
One of the first and most important requisites for becoming a Christian Science nurse is to have a demonstrable knowledge of Christian Science practice.

STICK TO THE RULES

In every phase of human activity, in business, social relations, traffic, even in our games, it is necessary to have rules to ensure that things run smoothly and that results are satisfying.

SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT

The student of Christian Science knows that by reason of man's unity with God, true consciousness, he reflects the power to discern the very presence of God and to perceive all things spiritually.

"TIME IS MONEY"

Throughout the ages men have struggled, fought, and prayed for that which they considered necessary to sustain human life.

UNDECEIVED

Too often mental states or physical appearances would make us believe that under some conditions we are not able to be free or to have a happy existence.

RIGHT RESPONSE

At every moment each individual is responding in some way to some kind of stimulus.
