The author of a sermon quoted in a recent issue declares that he disapproves of Christian Science, and he then proceeds to describe the object of his disapproval in terms which show that it is not Christian Science to which he objects, but his own mistaken impression of it.
I note in a recent issue the report of a sermon by a reverend gentleman, in which he touches upon Christian Science in a manner that may be misleading to your readers.
My attention has been called to an article entitled, "Fresno Clergyman Says Healing is Church Work.
I was very much surprised and disappointed, coming down on a street-car this week, to see that one of our local pastors had on his church bulletin-board this sign: "Religious Fads—Eddyism, or Christian Science.
On page 29 of Science and Health Mrs.
Governor Glynn yesterday vetoed the McClelland-Thorn bill, which was favored by Christian Scientists and others who are not practising medicine.
