now hear this

Bobby Lewis

now
not a point in time
bracketed by past and future
not an elusive wisp
carried off on storm winds

now
is freedom from time—
liberation from its limits and lies—
the immediate, unbounded,
healing present

here
right where you are
the place where the Divine is
everywhere, in fact
unconstrained
by physical geography

here
where all that you need
is at hand, accessible, and seeking you
in this place
in this moment
now here this
