All at the King’s table

MODELS USED FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY
King David’s
late friend had a
son with a disability
living in obscurity.
The king sent for the son
and told him, “Fear not:
for I will surely shew thee kindness
for Jonathan thy father’s sake.” II Samuel 9:7
King David blessed him and said
he would eat at the king’s table always.
The son, Mephibosheth, was to dine at his side
as one of the king’s sons.
We are all invited to the bountiful table
of God to feast spiritually and be filled.
We can all expect to be loved, redeemed, healed
because we are all His divinely celebrated children,
cherished, immortal, whole.
