Prayer that reaches out to God in response to injustice or any action that tramples human rights can vehemently denounce the claims of evil presenting itself as obstruction, conflict, or harm, wherever it is found.
We too must love even those who hate us by recognizing that the good within them—even when not apparent—is the truth of them, while the sin is a lie about them. When we truly understand that error doesn’t have any players, we begin to see healing.
Instead of focusing on fear, I put my trust in God, and each opportunity to practice this trust became a steppingstone toward a greater sense of peace.
