Timely, Necessary, and welcome
[Leide Lessa, “How I’m praying for my home country, Brazil,” cssentinel.com, January 11, 2023]
Thank you for this article. The ideas in it are so timely, necessary, and welcome to help us get rid of any wrong thoughts we may have regarding our country’s political and social situation.

Special thanks for the poem
I enjoyed reading the whole January 9, 2023, Sentinel but want to give special thanks for the poem “Expectancy” by Suzanne L. Brown. So much in the news is about expecting illness, deprivation, incapacity, etc., but this poem says, in essence, “Don’t be fooled. Good wins.”
Thank you for all your good work.

Humility and trust demonstrated
[Kathryn B. Johnson, “Guided to the job that needed me,” Sentinel, December 26, 2022]
I loved the humility and trust demonstrated by the writer. I especially appreciated her willingness to move forward without all her stated criteria being met, trusting God with the details.
