A Christian and a Scientist
How could I explain my choice to practice Christian Science to one of my oldest, dearest friends? I’d barely crossed paths with her in a decade, but now she was traveling up my way, and we were going to spend a few hours visiting. She had always known me as an independent thinker—and “spiritual but not religious.”
I put a lot of heart into answering this question. I turned to God, divine Mind, to help me out. Then answers came.
I am a Christian Scientist because Christian Science makes sense to me. It is logical, scientific, and loving. It is also demonstrated by healing.
