Pinkeye symptoms healed
One day my daughter, Allie, came home with the symptoms of pinkeye. I remembered a classmate of hers had recently dealt with this problem and so had other students at her school. I knew we could handle this condition through Christian Science treatment.
Allie and I sat down and prayed—giving a treatment out loud. I asked her to pick a synonym for God to begin with, and she chose Principle. So I began with divine Principle, and we prayed with divine facts; we acknowledged that divine Principle, God, made her, and that as a spiritual idea, she reflects Principle in every way and cannot deviate from God’s law of perfection. We prayed like this for a few minutes.
That afternoon Allie had also told me about a little girl who had gotten hurt on the playground at recess and had been taken away from school in an ambulance. I was moved to pray to better understand that this little girl could never be separated from God, good.
