Truth, not money, meets needs
I needed a vacation. I was tired and depleted and needed some downtime, but there was no money. I checked all resources available—zero. While praying one morning, as I usually do, I decided to ask God about money. What is it? Why is it needed? Or is it really needed? How do we obtain it? What is the right way to view money in our lives?
Money does seem to be something we all must deal with, but how? Mary Baker Eddy, the author of the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, writes on page 269: “Metaphysics resolves things into thoughts, and exchanges the objects of sense for the ideas of Soul.
“These ideas are perfectly real and tangible to spiritual consciousness, and they have this advantage over the objects and thoughts of material sense,—they are good and eternal.”
