Quick healing of headache and nausea

My sister and nephew came to visit me in Boston for the first time since I moved here. Because they don’t live close to mountains, my fiancé and I decided to take them on a short hike in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. During the three-hour drive to the mountains, I grew concerned that this hike would be too demanding for my relatives since they are not used to long walks, especially not ones with an incline or obstacles.

On the trail, I noticed that the hike was not exhausting for my family. On the contrary, they didn’t appear tired at all! At the end of our hike, which turned out to be a lot longer than we’d anticipated, I was the one who was feeling very ill. I had an aggressive headache and nausea. The pain was so severe that it seemed as if I couldn’t keep my thoughts clear enough to pray for myself, and I was fearful about how I would feel on the drive back.

My fiancé and I are longtime students of Christian Science and have always found comfort and healing through prayer. Our understanding of divine Love’s, God’s, care for all His children has been a strong support in our lives. So I shared with him what was going on, and he silently prayed for me as he drove us to a pizza place.
