RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT
The pretzels we configure ourselves into to justify
Why our hearts have not arrived
At the place our thinking says is right!
Love is forgiving.
Mercy begets mercy.
Forgiveness is more for me than for you.
So why forgo such blessings
By projecting on others our fears not yet dealt with?
It can seem so simple
To view people with a limited perspective,
Judging in them what we have yet to
Understand in ourselves.
Facing down the fears out there,
We look within and find the love
That is the healing,
And are forgiven.
