...when you need help at exams

Last year, as I was about to take my mid-term exams, it felt like butterflies were flying inside my stomach. I was afraid I would fail my tests in math, English, Swahili, science, and ghe (a course covering geography, history, and Christian religious education).

I believe in God, and I knew He would help me. I picked up the Bible and read Psalm 23 verses 1–5. These five verses comforted me very much. I was sure that God was my Shepherd, looking after me all the time. I also read page 467 in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. It says there that God is Mind. I knew that God was Mind, and I would do well on the exams.

I passed my exams with flying colours and advanced from position 10 to 6 in my class (the best pupil is in the first position). I was grateful and sang songs of praise to the Lord. I was as happy as a king.
