Flu healed

While I was attending Primary class instruction in Christian Science and enjoying the deep spiritual insights I was gaining from it, I experienced the symptoms of flu. I immediately turned to God and affirmed that God, good, is omnipotent, supreme. He created man in His image and likeness. Therefore there is no room for discord. I had nothing to fear.

At that point the symptoms disappeared. However, the next morning I woke with a cough, and immediately contacted a Christian Science practitioner and asked for treatment through prayer. The practitioner assured me that nothing would stop me from completing class instruction, and agreed to pray with me.
