A PUPPY HEALED

Our family has a German shepherd named Taylor. When he was still a puppy, he got behind our truck as we were pulling out of the driveway. The truck ran over his paw, and he began to squeal. He hobbled over to the grass and fell down. We all jumped out and ran over to him.

Our family knew from experience that injuries can be cured by means of spiritual thinking—with the thoughts that come from God to man. This is one kind of prayer.

So right away we changed our thinking from being afraid for Taylor to being aware of what God knows about him. God knows and loves all His creatures, and so He could never have caused or allowed an accident or injury to Taylor. We saw that God created each one of us with goodness, strength, and indestructibility.

In a few minutes, Taylor got up and walked normally. His paw has been fine since then. And now he also knows to stay clear of moving cars!
