Heaven
How would you feel if you saw a sign that read, "Heaven now—no waiting"? It would sound pretty good, but you'd probably wonder what the catch would be. Surely, getting to heaven couldn't be that simple?
Actually, no one has to wait to experience heaven. The key is understanding what and where heaven is! So, recently we called on some of our writers, both inside and outside the United States, to respond briefly to some of the questions being raised these days about heaven. They poured out insights in a series we're calling "Heaven—here?"
Also this week, authors explore their relationship with God as Father-Mother and how understanding this leads to healing. Under the heading "Health and Healing," you'll find the account of a woman freed from migraine headaches through trust in God's law. "Scholarship and religious faith," under "News and Trends," speaks of the spiritual nourishment needed in the academic community and of the transforming power of love.
"Going beyond the comfort zone," an editorial, challenges the notion of what is generally accepted as "good enough" in our lives and points to a higher standard and promise in God's reality.
