They shall see eye to eye, when the Lord shall bring again Zion (Isa. 52:8)
Moffatt gives this translation: "They see the Eternal face to face as he returns to Sion," although the Revised Standard Version prefers, "Eye to eye they see the return of the Lord to Zion."
So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider (Isa. 52:15)
