Information regarding lectures in other countries must reach the department ten to thirteen weeks before the date of a lecture. When lectures are to be radiocast, it should be so stated, station and frequency in kilocycles being included.
The receipt of all information from the United States and Canada is acknowledged by the Editorial Department. If an acknowledgment is not received within two weeks, a duplicat notice should be forwarded.
