It is a pleasure to tell what Christian Science has done...
It is a pleasure to tell what Christian Science has done for me. In September, 1924, I had an attack of pneumonia in a very severe form. I had two physicians, but did not improve; in fact, my condition grew worse. At this juncture I learned that "man's extremity is God's opportunity." The president of the company where I am employed had called on me several times, and lovingly explained God's power to heal, as taught in Christian Science. I turned to God, dismissed the doctors, and and help from a Christian Science practitioner. In a few days I was up; and shortly afterwards I returned to work, although the doctors had predicted a long period of illness. At the same time I was completely freed from the smoking habit, after being a constant user of tobacco for twelve years.
I am most grateful that I was led to the study of Christian Science, and for the blessings of God received through it.
Theodore V. Vassilieff, New York, New York.
