The value of Christian Science has been proved to me so many times that I desire to acknowledge my appreciation of it, with the hope that others may be encouraged to study and that they also may be helped by it.
Having always enjoyed and been helped by reading the testimonies in the Christian Science periodicals, I feel the time has come for me to express my gratitude for the many blessings received through the study and application of the truth as taught in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

After being in bondage for four years to a very serious condition of ulcerated stomach and bowels, I found myself in a hospital where I underwent a critical operation for another condition that had arisen.
