With a heart full of gratitude I wish to express through the columns of the Sentinel my love and appreciation of this glorious truth revealed to us through our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy. My heart goes out in love and gratitude for the Board of Directors of The Mother Church, for the Monitor, the Sentinel, and the Journal, which bring us so much good. My earnest desire is to prove my loyalty by works instead of words.

I have had many proofs of the power of Truth over error of every sort, and have not used material remedies for fifteen years. My daughter, who is seventeen, has never had any medicine in that time and is a specimen of perfect physical womanhood. She also is striving to be a good Christian Scientist. We have found that God is indeed a "present help in time of trouble," and even with our small understanding of Christian Science have overcome sickness for ourselves and others. Truly, as our dear Leader tells us in the Preface of Science and Health, "to those leaning on the sustaining infinite, today is big with blessings." The Bible becomes more luminous each day as we study it with our text-book.—

Mrs. Grace H. Crawley, Clarksdale, Miss.
