The Course of the Day
The following is the correct reading of the second stanza of the poem published on page 379 of the Sentinel for February 14:—
Amid the tumult of the world's unrest,
Where sin, disease, and death their places claim,
In questioning and doubt, oft in dismay,
I seem to stand,—yet always this my aim:
To see the Christ; to turn from things of sense,
Knowing that Truth alone is real; to find
On those unclouded heights where Spirit reigns,
The harmony of all-controlling Mind.
