Love is all I see

I love to watch the morning
fluttering of birds in my front yard,
and the squirrels, lively and scampering
with Love; it warms my heart.

Each perfect, friendly creature,
feathered, furred, or finned,
comes together in unity,
with one Father, protected under Him.

Divine Love’s care
stretches to all far and wide;
under God’s wing each
little creature safely resides.

Completeness is a holy law,
a promise of togetherness
fulfilled by His creation—
all held in omnipresence.

How can we feel alone,
separated by time or space,
when spiritually, everywhere,
all of God’s creation shares His grace?

Love is the great connector.
We face nothing on our own.
We are divinely guided.
Love can’t be opposed.

I love to watch the morning,
when these thoughts come visit me.
Whether I’m at home or out of town,
Love is all I see.
