Are you judgmental?
That’s a question I was asking myself recently when I suddenly became aware of how easy it is to look at a person with judgment instead of with love.
And it happens in the subtlest ways! Things like evaluating what someone is wearing, judging someone else’s hair, even thinking certain thoughts about someone because of the music he or she is listening to.
