Touches of grace

Grace shows a maturing state of thought that taps the brakes on the selfishness that tries to be accepted as part of who we are.

The master key

Christ not only opens doors that before seemed shut but, more importantly, opens our eyes to see that there really are no closed or locked doors.
Nothing can prevent us from individually experiencing the resurrecting power of divine Love in our daily life, whatever conditions we face.
We can wash away the dirt of materiality with spiritual understanding gained through prayer and study of the Bible and Science and Health.
God, Truth, destroys evil by exposing its falsity, its contrariness to truth. As we consistently prove this for ourselves, we can begin to see lurking sin, simmering hatred, frightening physical symptoms—even war, disaster, or a pandemic—from a new and healing perspective.

Our right to be inspired

We can all experience Spirit’s animating divine influence by turning to God—and not just in times of need but as a daily practice.
We can stand firm for our capacity to think and act rightly, and lean on God’s power to enable us to identify and refute opposite thinking.
To follow God as Shepherd is to accept our own true nature—by listening and trusting God’s direction and seeking God’s guidance in all we do.
What does healing take? First, we need to decide what is real: God—infinite, perfect Mind, Spirit—or matter.

Living in eternity

I began to grasp the significance of life without interruption, reflecting divine Life, God.
One day when I attended my usually vibrant and full branch church, the attendance was so sparse that I realized that this unnatural, unchristian apathy had to be addressed prayerfully—and that it had to start with me.
The perfection of our connections is established in Spirit, as the Scriptures assure us. We’re forever at one with God, and through God, with each other.
