We could all use more certainty, more of a sense of permanence. There couldn't be anything more solid than the spiritual foundation Christ Jesus provided, the foundation on which healing is built.
When we are trying to understand something new to us, we may look for patterns that give a hint of the meaning we need. Are there fundamental patterns that give significance to our lives—patterns of love, wholeness, and grace?
Praying without ceasing, as the Bible recommends, isn't just asking the same thing over and over again. Prayer can be fresh, growing stronger with new lessons learned.
