At hundreds of training stations in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, the Middle East, and Australia, the Christian Science Wartime Minister or Christian Science Officiating Minister has become a familiar figure as friend, counselor, and practitioner to men and women in the service.
Correspondents with The Christian Science Board of Directors and with the Clerk and Treasurer of The Mother Church, and with heads of departments of The Mother Church Offices, are requested always to place their addresses on their letters and to write their signatures plainly.
The printed Tenets of The Mother Church are in general use by branch churches and societies, either as a basis for their application forms for admission to membership or for binding into their by-law booklets.
Testimonies of healing brought about at authorized lectures on Christian Science will be published in The Christian Science Journal or the Christian Science Sentinel, when verified as are other testimonies appearing in the periodicals.
Applications for membership in The Mother Church are acted upon by The Christian Science Board of Directors, twice each year, as provided for by the Manual of The Mother Church, Article XIII, Section 2.
