Sudden foot pain healed
One evening, as I stood up from a chair, I felt a worrisome pain at the bottom of my foot, and I couldn’t put any weight on that foot.
A few fearful thoughts flitted past, including concern about how I would be able to get to work the next day. But I knew from experience that entertaining fearful thoughts doesn’t bring happiness or health. Turning instead to God in prayer brings refreshment and the healing of discordant situations, including physical challenges.
So I decided not to simply head to bed and accept that my foot would continue to be sore. I sat down to pray, affirming that God is the source of my being and that God, who is only good, has all power.
