Our God-given birthright
A human decision, whether it was seen as favorable or unfavorable, would never have power to paralyze or extinguish good.

My study of the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, has afforded me a growing understanding of God as the one and only creator. God is infinite good. He is the absolute divine Principle.
In the Christian Science textbook, we read, “It is our ignorance of God, the divine Principle, which produces apparent discord, and the right understanding of Him restores harmony” (Science and Health, p. 390). A few years ago, I was able to prove the truth of this statement during a difficult time when I faced a challenge that seemed very daunting, but that was resolved through a recognition that God is All-in-all.
There was a judicial charge against my late husband’s estate, which was going through probate at the time. The picture regarding my rights as an heir was not at all favorable. I immediately turned to God, omniscient Principle, in search of an understanding of the right resolution of the situation.
